Happy Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day!

I was alerted to this fun unofficial holiday thanks to Sydne Style’s post about celebrating special days throughout April to make quarantine more enjoyable! And while I’m sure most of us have been wearing some form of sleepwear/loungewear/exercise apparel to work for the past few weeks, I’m taking today as a fun opportunity to wear a glam pajama set “to work” in my kitchen.

It’s these kinds of lighthearted moments that break me out of the monotonous social distancing life and lift my spirits – I’m aiming to try to take advantage of a few of these themed days each week, without putting pressure on myself to do anything too fancy or elaborate. I find that focusing on something easy but fun (like dressing up in my fanciest pajamas to honor this holiday) really adds an element of joy to the start of my day!
