Hello all!
My pajama set from Nordstrom (it also comes in polka dots!)
This past Sunday I was lucky enough to have 10 of my closest girlfriends in DC over for a Galentine’s party. It was SO. MUCH. FUN. I highly recommend getting together with your best friends – regardless of who’s single or in a relationship – to just have a day to yourselves and celebrate friendships in all forms! I had my best friends from middle school, a bunch of amazing coworkers, and a new friend I met at an event in Virginia.
Two of my best friends since 6th grade!
The diverse crowd made it even more fun because, even though a lot of people had never met before, we all came together to have fun and eat delicious food!
On the menu: crudités with hummus and tzaziki, chips, mango pineapple salsa, guacamole, broccoli cheddar quiches, candy, chocolate, and jumbo berry pies from Pie Sisters. If there’s one thing I’m known for among my friends, it’s making sure no one leaves my home hungry!
If you haven’t guessed already, the theme for this Galentine’s was pajama party! I wanted to have a chill, pampering day where everyone was as comfy as possible.
Most of the decor is from Papersource and the Dollar Tree. The cute utensils, napkins, and heart sparklers on the pies are from Oh Happy Day, which one of my coworkers introduced me to. The beautiful flowers are from UrbanStems (I ordered the night before the party and they delivered early the next day). I’m so grateful for affordable and cute party options!!
I hope you all have an amazing Galentine’s and Valentine’s Day! Celebrate and spread love however you can!
xoxo
