Hi all!
I don’t know about you, but the winter weather is incredibly harsh on my skin. Between the windy cold and recirculated indoor heating, I’ve noticed my skin becoming dull and flaky. I try to be diligent about moisturizing, but sometimes it just isn’t enough.
However, over the past year I’ve tried to be more diligent about my self care, which includes skincare. Part of this process has been trying out various moisturizing treatments to figure out what works for my skin type. And so far I think I’ve found some winners that I’d love to share with you! I made a Sephora run this past weekend because my face needed some pampering, so here are my favorite sheet masks to combat dull, dry skin:
1. Dr Jart
The Dr. Jart Brightening Infusion has been my top face mask for glowing, hydrated skin. I just randomly picked it up last fall and keep coming back – it’s so amazing! This brightening mask has also gotten me compliments on how good my skin looks from both friends and absolute strangers. My mom and older cousin both love this Dr. Jart face mask, so it really does work for everyone. You can’t go wrong by testing out this gem!
2. Boscia
The Boscia Sake mask is comparable to Dr. Jart’s brightening mask, but is $0.50 more expensive. I love how hydrated and smooth my face feels after using this mask and recommend it if you have flaky, damaged winter skin.
3. Sephora Collection
These masks are so moisturizing and incredibly affordable. At just $6, Sephora has a mask for every kind of skin problem. I’m partial to the avocado, green tea, and pomegranate (not pictured) for leaving my skin soothed and refreshed.
I hope you’ll give these masks a try if you’re looking to keep your face fresh and hydrated during the cold winter months. Please let me know your opinions if you try them and let me know if you have any favorite masks I should test out!
xoxo
