Happy end of 2022 everyone!
As you all probably know, I am a huge book nerd and love to share a roundup of all the novels I read over the course of the year. My original reading goal for the year was 50 books, and I’m pleased to say that I in fact surpassed this target and ended up reading 55 books!
This is probably the most books that I’ve read in a year since before I went to college back in 2013 – I really lost touch with my love for reading while being overwhelmed with schoolwork and didn’t get back in a reading groove until a few years after being out of undergrad. Despite starting grad school this fall, I am determined to continue to keep up with my reading as a form of self-care! I definitely fell behind during a few months throughout this year (especially with some crazy work weeks and the start of midterms/finals this semester), so I had to play catch up on a few unfinished novels before the end of the year, but it was still worth it to hit my goal and feel this sense of accomplishment!

I am proud of myself for exceeding my 2022 reading goal and am excited to share with you all the amazing books I had the pleasure of diving into this year! There was definitely a breadth of genres, from mysteries to informational to romance and everything in between, so I just know there are books here for every individual interest. Let me know if you also loved any of these novels or have recommendations for me in the new year!
