With Cherry Blossom season coming to an end, I wanted to share my top locations to get beautiful photos with a variety of seasonal blooms throughout the DMV area (NOT just in the touristy Tidal Basin)! Here are a few upcoming flowers and my personal favorite places to view them.

Wisteria:

• Georgetown (32 ST NW and R ST is a good spot)

Tulips:

• The Floral Library/Tulip Library
• Burnside Farms (Maryland)
• Navy – Merchant Marine Memorial in Lady Bird Johnson Park
• US Capitol Building Tulips
• Georgetown (31st Street NW)

Roses:

• Hillwood Museum & Gardens
• Dumbarton Oaks

Sunflowers:

• Burnside Farms (Maryland)
• McKee-Beshers Wildlife Area
• Homestead Farm (Maryland)

• Lower Senate Park
